Tasting Menu Sabor a lo Nuestro:

• Artisan seed bread toast with sheep's butter from Gáldar and anchovies from Santoña.
• Gazpacho of local mango with basil pearls and shavings of Iberian cured ham.
• Carpaccio of wreckfish with strawberries or mango, avocado and ponzu sauce with passion fruit citrus
• Marinated seared tuna with Gáldar red onions, wakame and black aioli
• Lime sorbet with mint
• Medallion of beef sirloin with fig compote and local cheese cream
• Banana fritters with vanilla ice cream from Madagascar, Moya sponge cake and honey from Artenara
